Look up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlT0N2CX50g that video on you tube or
search on you tube for How to Fix (0xc000007b) Error easily for All Works on
Windows 7/8/8.1 (Solved) it will have a link to download AIO Run time files.
This fixed it for me and got LCD host running (Hopefully these links will still
be available in the future as seems support for LCD has ended have not head of
any updates for years now and this page has been around just as long)
