Getting Support

Different channels for different kinds of help. Maintainers aim to acknowledge issues within ~7 days; Discussions are best-effort with no SLA.

I think I found a bug

Open a bug report. Please include:

  • What you ran (agent-root <command>)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Versions: node --version, the CLI version (agent-root --version or check package.json)
  • OS

I want a new feature or improvement

Open a feature request. Describe the use case before the implementation. What are you trying to do?

I have a question about how to use the CLI

Open a Discussion (once enabled). Discussions are searchable, so future visitors with the same question can find the answer.

I want to propose a protocol change

Protocol-level changes (new record types, DNS conventions, manifest fields) go to the main agentroot repo, not this CLI repo. The CLI consumes the protocol; it doesn't define it.

I found a security vulnerability

See SECURITY.md. Do not file a public issue.
