I am interested to use the procedures in the DivNet package, in order to avoid the obvious problem that different taxa may be correlated, when estimating diversity. However, I can’t make progress with any estimation.
There are no runnable examples in the help files (e.g. help(divnet) supplies no toy examples)
All the examples in the GitHub files seem to depend on the ‘simulator’ package – but I cannot locate this package in any Windows-accessible repository
When I apply the procedures to my data, I see that a ‘progress bar’ appears, but then almost immediately I receive the error: ‘task 1 failed - "requires numeric/complex matrix/vector arguments"’
