V42 Gate 8: Prove local staging MVP rehearsal

Add source-safe local/staging full MVP rehearsal artifacts, operator receipts, workflow wiring, and protocol tests.

Bind Depositing, Reading, Finding Fits, preview/quote, settlement, delivery, AI-reading proof, telemetry/database readback, and mainnet blocking into Gate 8 closure while stabilizing the Gate 7 roadmap predicate.
