V48 Gate 2: Decouple and redesign the /deposit surface to the north-star Sell flow

Deposit-native DepositSourceSelection replaces the shared /terminal panels (one clean selection section, anchor icon, full-repo earnings estimate). Review is select-then-single-deposit (one admission run for the whole set, not one call per pack); the economy overview is combined into the top header with my+network tiles; the step tracker is compact and click-scrolls to its section; each option card carries its own supply-opportunity/measurements and is anchorable; Governance/Session/all-repositories-earnings collapse to closed-expandables; Resynthesize takes optional new instructions and re-runs the pipeline; a post-deposit completion banner confirms admission; Recent Deposit activity moves to the top. Legacy instant-write composer, guidance panels, and keyboard-hint chrome removed. ProductRouteStepGrid gains an additive compact prop (default off).
