V48 Gate 3 (implementation-only): repair era-pinned protocol checkers for the Gate-3 surface moves

The Gate-3 formalization deleted bounded-structured-inference.ts (F26-A),
removed the OTF instructions route, and redesigned /deposit (select-then-
single-deposit, dispatched synthesis, absolutes measurement tiles), which
broke the file-existence and copy-token pins in fourteen era checkers.

- v38/v40/v41 inference + telemetry checkers: repoint the deleted
  bounded-structured-inference source/test roots to the current real
  inference surfaces (read-need.ts, runtime-inference-policy.ts, the
  reading integration coverage test); drop the deleted executions
  instructions route from the v40 API contract rows.
- v44/v46/v47 depositor checkers: repin the /deposit predicates and
  required-copy tokens to the redesigned surface with the same audit
  semantics (DepositSourceSelection gating, dispatched synthesize-options
  + history readback journaling, Select-for-deposit armed admission,
  Opportunity-roots earnings readback, the five current route steps,
  the disclosure-boundary Visible sentence).
- Regenerate the 13 affected deterministic .bitcode artifacts. The v45
  proof-family artifacts are untouched: they are promotion-managed
  (bitcode.proven-generator.v1), not draft-generator output.

Protocol suite: 237/237 green.
