V32 Gate 7: Browser Accessibility Responsive Visual Coverage
Closes V32 Gate 7 by adding deterministic browser/accessibility/responsive/visual proof coverage for Terminal and the Terminal-hosted Auxillaries support plane. Wires the generated proof artifact, Jest contract, Playwright browser proof, specification updates, proof matrix, and gate-quality workflow checks into the V32 draft closure path.
