find a way to merge docker (with sos stuff) and postbuild (with grass stuff) into one postbuild

not sure why the apt.txt file is needed, maybe for latex as described here but we're not using latex and there are lots of extra lines >> ok i see now, they are for grass as given here

not sure if grass is needed in the requirements.txt file >> it doesn't look like grass is a defined pip library so i'm going ot remove this from the .txt file, maybe use grass-session instead (see here)?

not sure where requirements after PyVirtualDisplay are coming from (minus sos ones that I added), >> ok these other requirements (minus grass and the sos ones) are for sos as seen here but those are in the require file not requirements.txt >> i'm going to delete REQUIRE because I think that goes with the docker file that I already deleted and i'm also going to delete Feather, DataFrame, PyPlot, and NamedArrays because these are all julia libraries (not python) and are not needed for our purposes

@ImmediateStranger, i spend some time today working on this and made this separate branch called sheila-dev from the main branch, which you can launch on binder here: https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/advancedag/dse-yield-tutorial/sheila-dev. i got the R working in the worker notebook, converted the grass notebook, and got grass to import. however, i'm still not able to figure out how to get the grass session started and load the data shp file. i think you know more about me for how to get this work given that testLocation aspect. i added some notes to the notebook on what i tried. i don't think i'll be able to spend any more time figuring this out but keep me posted on if you get it to work.

if we can get sheila-dev working then we can eventually submit a pull request and merge this branch into the main. i'd like to leave is separate now so it doesn't interfere with what you've already worked on in main.
