Subject: [PATCH] chore: use yeoman-generator ^7 to hold Node >=20.5.0 floor

yeoman-generator ^8 raised the min Node to ^20.17.0 || >=22.9.0. ^7 drops
shelljs the same way (clears glob@7.2.3/inflight) while keeping the
^18.17.0 || >=20.5.0 floor that matches aio-cli/plugin-app. Minor bump.
