Upgrade demo cases to dictionary-1.3

current version of the dictionary (and actus-core) relies on new data formats for many terms as well as new applicability rules (e.g. for LAM, NAM, ANN IPANX and IPCL always need be defined).

fix these issues by upgrading to the latest version of the dictionary
