The copyright holder should be "The Royal Institution for the Advancement of Learning / McGill University", as this is the legal entity that owns software produced by its employees and grant-funded projects. The ACElab/Evans Lab can be noted parenthetically for context. On license choice: MIT is fine for a standalone CLI client; GPL would only be necessary if this is considered a derived work of CBRAIN itself.
