WWW: Project cards - Do not display fields with no information

We have a request to not display fields with the value N/A. We need to discuss further regarding:

• Whether this applies to only the primary project card or the modal also.
• Does N/A mean Not Applicable or Not Available?
  • If we mean Not Applicable it seems relevant to show N/A or better "Not Applicable".
  • If we mean Not Available in the sense that we have missing data we probably need a different standard value. These seem to be the cases where we may want to not display the field.

@johnmhoran After further discussion with Philippe we want to proceed as follows:

• Update the card data to replace "Not applicable" or "Not available" depending on the project
• Do not display an item that has either value in the card data
