Code missing from i10_ecode.csv

ICD-10 code V00 (Pedestrian conveyance accident) seems to be missing from i10_ecode.csv. Not sure if maybe this is a relatively new code? Attaching screenshot from FindACode.com.

I will talk with my colleague Dave Clark about adding this code and all children codes. I'm thinking about making big changes to the package and perhaps building it off of the icd package https://github.com/jackwasey/icd. I think relying on the icd package will be a better way to work with ICD codes than just having a plain text csv file and doing string matching.
