Edit each custom menu of menus provider

Describe the feature
Walker allows to use XML to edit. the menus, so I want a function that allows to edit each menu layout for example if I have a wallpaper menu defined as a menu of menus have a easy posibility to configure that layout

What exactly do you want to change about the layout? everything?

I want to change also the layout of custom menus I do with toml or lua, I mean if I create a wallpaper menu I want to use it horizontally without use the entire menus provider of that way
