Update Projects for new GKE deployment

The existing cluster have 6 namespaces :

• traefik : used secrets to be pushed on secret manager, check for certificate
• zenika-website : only static data no risk :gree
• ethis-website : critical project 👯
• demo : whoami for traefik testing
• bollore-ltrap : singapour project ( no migration needed @RomainVernoux validate that)
• bnpp-escape-vr : montreal project, POC on VR and demo ( no migration needed @RomainVernoux validate that)

Remarks :

• Network policy are used to secure communication between project in the cluster (only one cluster for all environment)
• traefik challenge certificats
• data migration
• bump kubernetes resources version
