Subject: [PATCH] Docs(readme): the install commands point at server 2.71.1

The exact-release tag in the image table and the macOS, Linux and Windows install snippets now name 2.71.1, the server-only patch that lets D2 diagrams draw in Safari. The minor tag row stays 2.71 (Docker adibhanna/zennotes:2.71.1, 2.71 and latest share one digest, sha256:dd81f88f).
