In the current version of the product, duplicate names cannot exist. However, there are many people in the real world with the exact same name. I understand this must have already been considered, but perhaps it would be better to create some other unique identifier for people or use index numbers as identifiers, or maybe prevent nurses from having the same name while allowing patients, at the very least.
