LocalFileSystem Error #9

Dear YudeWang,
I have a question while running your code.
I'm running the experiment/seamv1_pseudovoc/ code.
Even though I changed the directory of 'ROOT_DIR', an error about the LocalFileSystem appears.
Do you know how to resolve this error?
Does anyone have same Error with me?
