I had a question regarding the RCC-GSE67501 cohort. In the clinical data file provided for this cohort, the Treatment column contains ON values for all samples. However, what I understood from the published study is that the samples are pre-treatment.
Could you let me know if this is a misunderstanding on my end or an error in the dataset? Thank you.
