Vision Broken

Describe Bug
Everything is going wrong with Vision, but this was noticed even before Apolo was an official resource pack. Here's the full list:

• His finisher won't activate
• His ground pound will start the animation, but won't finish
• He has Iron Man's voice lines
• His beam (default secondary attack) doesn't work
• No sound effects sometimes, but not all the time
• His animations stop halfway
• His cape goes all over the place
• When flying, his feet merge into 1
• Missing particle effects

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start game
2. Load into Toy Box
3. Select Vision
4. See errors

Expected Behavior
I mean, Vision should just not have these errors. Definitely possible as First Avenger Captain America works nearly flawlessly (save for his particle effects).
