`release` branch requires manual syncing

It is due to the `beta` prereleases actually being the latest. The [`baseBranch`](https://github.com/XiNiHa/solid-relay/blob/128bfc89904dffe23e6bf23813c4a6bfe369be80/.changeset/config.json#L8) option should be updated to `release` after exiting the current v1.0 beta phase.
