Project can't find .elf file when compiling

as the title says, i can only get this far building this or any forks of this project.

I compiled it (i didnt test)
Pinout:

GPIO15 - POST
GPIO12 - CPU_PLL_BYPASS
GPIO11 - CPU_RESET
GND - GND
3V3 - 3V3
