Cleanup: copy-pasted docstring

Found via a cross-addon naming/wording consistency audit of the Simple family.

• Fixed preferences/renaming_preferences.py's update_panel_category() docstring - said "Update panel tab for collider tools" (copy-pasted from Simple Collider) -> "Update panel tab for renaming tools".

Also confirmed as part of this audit:

• This addon remains fully Blender Extensions Platform compliant (no update-checker, no Support/donation tab, no reload-addon operator) - intentional, unchanged, and should stay that way even as the rest of the family gains features.
• Its N-panel tab name ("Rename") was deliberately left as-is rather than changed to "Simple Renaming" to match the other addons, since this is a real shipped addon with existing users who know to find it there.

Changes are made locally (uncommitted) - not yet pushed.
