Are the language bindings for wasi-nn the recommended way to use wasi-nn API?

Wasi-nn API version was updated to wasi:nn@0.2.0-rc-2024-10-28 and from Readme it is recommended to use the language binding wasi-nn bindings but those are not up to date. I opened a PR to update the wit bytecodealliance/wasi-nn#108 but it had to reviews, does it mean the repo should not be used anymore?
