AE2 meteor recipe (for ritual "Mark of the Falling Tower") needs update

AE2 changed their mod id to ae2 4 years ago in AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2@d88f869, but the meteor recipe was still using appliedenergistics2.

Part of the reason this was never fixed was because AE2 also changed how their meteors were generated (budding quartz, etc) and we didn't come up with a satisfying balance answer at the time. I believe we've got something sorted so this should be fixed for the next version.
