Eye restorer moving gaze up

The eye restorer option when activated has an 70% chance of making the eye gaze go up (character looking up) instead of copying the original gaze.

The next PR should help with that. also you can adjust the option to reduce the effect.
Personnaly i can't reproduce this bug, eyes don't look up...
Also take note that the liveportrait models used don't treat the eye gaze separately but the eye as a whole, this makes eye movement adjustment complicated.

Please test again with the latest dev branch and see if this issue is still a problem with the latest changes to the expression restorer i made.

Its random, it may work or not. I don't think it improved as that is what was happening already. It feels more responsive with closed eyes copying the eyes closed better. Turning on the eye restorer has mostly undesired effects, eyes tend to look up or left/right slightly but almost never retain the original gaze. This feature should maintain original gaze as it is needed for processing many images automatically.

You think that it improved, so I turn the table and ask you instead, what did you see as improvement? as this is becoming difficult to assess since we are apparently getting different results or points of view.
