Replace acronyms with full terms

Roger Edwards has requested that we use the full terminology rather than acronyms within the documents as users without much existing knowledge of CBUS will struggle to follow the documents when scattered with acronyms.

We can review for readability. I think that if they are defined close to use, it should not be a problem. Using full terminology repeatedly will feel weird, but worth a look. David
