BFI should show "genesis coinbase" txes as final

When "getrawtransaction <txid>" is used, and <txid> a coinbase tx in genesis block, then daemon returns:
```
The genesis block coinbase is not considered an ordinary transaction and cannot be retrieved (code -5)
```

When daemon returns this, BFI should consider this TX as final.
