Error in Ch 5 #2
Description
The following sentence appears in in Section 5.3: "The last column contains the entries we just calculated above."
This was written was the matrices appeared as upper-triangular matrixes. The switch to lower-triangular matrices means that the calculated values now appear in the last row, not column.
