Allow In Home Streaming using Wayland to X11 Video Bridge

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Currently Steam In Home Streaming is unable to Stream a Wayland Session since Steam still uses X11
Considering that this will probably not change anytime soon i propose to please implement Support for the Wayland to X11 Video Bridge mostly used under KDE Plasma.
The applications allows screencapture of Wayland only applications/Desktop by X11 Applications.
Last time i tried that i got the Broadcast Issue splash screen.I think this should work trough and at least will give people something to use since Wayland becomes more and more used.
