The software cannot be opened normally

After launching GARbro.GUI.exe, an icon appears briefly and then disappears.
System: Windows 10 Enterprise Edition 22H2
.NET Framework v4.8 is installed.
The program can be opened normally on another Windows 11 device.

Someone reported something to this extent before that seemed to be resolved by simply reinstalling the system. I use Win10 Pro so this is not related to 10/11 specifically. I can't reproduce this.
Try installing Visual C++ Redistributables too maybe that will help. For example form this collection.
Otherwise IDK, maybe someone who can launch the app's Debug version on such a system where it fails can check where it does.

@Hoessimp: Strange. This doesn't look related to this issue because MediaPlayer_MediaFailed should only be fired on video failure so the app should be running and a video file double-clicked to play it before it occurs. But I've added the fix anyway. It should print an error text instead of crashing if the WPF video player failed.

It's working now, I guess it might be because my computer system doesn't have Windows Media Player Legacy installed.
