I'm still getting the "The selected template is not available for this product." error on our checkout, even using the latest version which includes the following patch:

If I change "Site Template Selection Mode" to "Choose Available Site Templates" and then manually select all the templates it works and I can select the template.
I will try and debug a bit locally and try to pin point the issue, but if you think something is wrong on our end please let me know.
