You can download latest artifact from Actions tab after signing in on GitHub

Or just use ElyPrismLauncher
It has all features UltimMC has and is also updated, unlike UltimMC, which development stalled 2 years ago.
And it has new features like downloading and updating modpacks, mods, shaders and resource packs directly from CurseForge/Modrinth.
It also automatically downloads and chooses right Java.
