UI Tidying

- [ ] Place upload help icons are next to upload buttons
- [ ] Add icons to select/deselect/delete buttons
- [ ] Ensure that multiselect filters use OR logic and have a "clear filter" option
- [ ] Add "All semesters" option to semester selection in Projects page
- [ ] Remove day column from table and day filtering. Client does not want this.
- [ ] Require confirmation for user deletion
