I have had a couple of occasions where I have requested help in the short queue, then by the time help has been available, I have noticed what the issue was and resolved it without needing assistance. It would be useful for situations like this for students to be able to cancel their help requests.

A button on your active help requests allowing you to remove those specific requests.

A button that de-activates all of your active help requests, or some other easily accessible way to remove your active requests, as a student.
