fins: theory for fin positioning and control

Goal: calculate how to move fins in order to make spin 0.

Specifically this document, it's in Italian but on page 82 he uses a MATLAB simulation to tune his PID parameters, we likely should find more resources to help simulate the roll so we can finetune our parameters.
