return bed file from EukHighConfidenceFilter

Hi and thanks for developing this great tool!
Is there a way to return a .bed from EukHighConfidenceFilter

my command:
EukHighConfidenceFilter --result no_mito_xl/myfile.out --ss no_mito_xl/myfile.struct --output no_mito_xl/ --prefix high_conf_filter

EukHighConfidenceFilter does not return a bed file. We will make this as a new feature request for future release.
