Rat mitotRNAs

Hi,

I was able to run tRAX with human and rat samples and got good results. However, I need to analyze rat mito tRNAs but quickdb.bash has only human and mouse mitotRNA databases. It`s a bit tricky to get mito tRNA files for rat from the mito tRNA database and to generate the alignment myself. Can you please advise on how to prepare it or do you plan to put the rat mito tRNA database as part of the quickdb.bash downloadables?
