Cleanup HMI

Some more fixups to HMI:

• Add note to show how to access the help screen
• Remove or fix calibration buttons for arm (prob just remove)
• Cleanup wheel telem (remove or just make it clear that we won't get all data)
• Talk to lochy and fixup power hmi
• rename axis names to M1 -> M7 (m7 = ee)
• Double check ligthing pubs to topics.
• Also check all other panels so buttons that need to control things do publish to topics.
