Form Jumps Back To First Question

Hi,

We are receiving multiple complaints from users who are having trouble getting through our form(s). The majority of our users are not having an issue, so this is a small % of cases.

The users who are reporting issues are saying that the form kicks them back to the first question before they are able to complete it. The 'crashes' are random in that it does not always happen at the same question, sometimes they make it a few questions in and somethings they are close to completion. This is happening across multiple devices and browsers.

We haven't been able to reproduce this on our end and we do not see any errors. Do you have any way to dig into this, any sort of logs that you're able to review, or any thoughts on how to debug this issue?

yes, most fixes were related to the usage of a multi-question page and logic added to it

@Thr44 Can you please clarify what the issue was here? We had users encountering it but we were never able to reproduce it ourselves, so we're hesitant to reintroduce the functionality without a clear line of sight into what went on here. Thanks!
