建议模型启动支持自定义参数，我们工具启动的模型参数并非最优解以及并非可以启动的参数
以qwen3-next-80b为例子 在8卡910B上运行需要将-gpu-memory-utilization降为0.5才可以运行 但是使用xw启动模型永远爆显存
