Immersive engineering conveyor belt missing textures on place

Steps to reproduce issue:

have FBP and Immersive Engineering (0.12-98), attempt to place conveyor belt on ground.

Both sets of conveyors were placed east (twards player), left side was placed with FBP on and the right side is placed with FBP off
