Implement command nesting

We should be able to create a folder command that houses multiple sub-commands

Implemented the backend for this. A commandList setting can be used in the settings, but the options page won't load after that.

There's a branch that starts working on adding this functionality to the options page. Will try to re-pick this up when I have more time
