Windows in fullscreen mode don't persist after toggling work mode or restarting Nog

If I used the fullscreen mode feature and toggle work mode or restart Nog, the windows will return to being split rather then staying in fullscreen mode. Maybe fullscreen mode windows aren't being stored in the workspaces.grid?

I'm making some changes to the .grid file as part of the pinning work. This shouldn't be too bad to put into that.

Related would be.. when you out a workspace on another monitor and then toggle work mode / restart. On reload everything loads on the first monitor but it'd be nice if every workspace went back to the monitor it was on if it's available, right?
