Ignore whitespace mode desired

Per CPAN email, ignoring WS is intuitively expected behavior (unless that's an optional mode), but per POD, actual behavior is comparing word and its following non-words including whitespace. With HTML display, this is confusing because WS differences are hidden by HTML!

So consider 
* adding an option equivalent to -b / -w in other diff packages so that unwrapping wrapped text
