Empty list item for li containing a button

Erroneous alert for Empty List Item

ARC Toolkit is consistently giving an alert of Empty List Item however when looking at the code flagged, there is in fact a button in the list item.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.comfortiva.com/en/accessibility.html
2. Run test in ARC Toolkit
3. Examine the Empty list item alert
4. See that it is not empty

Expected behavior

Expect to not receive an error unless the issue exists
