More guides will help newcomers know how best to help out, if they read them.

I'm happy to help throw some boiler plate templates in some PRs to help get yall started. My day job is a devops/infra engineer, so happy to rubber duck CI/CDs, and if yall have plans to containerize the tool for better portability
