As a special exception, if you link the tap.exe library that is part
of this work to a 'test program' that links to a 'subject program',
tap.exe does not by itself cause the 'test program' or the 'subject
program' to be covered by the GNU General Public License if and only
if all of the following conditions are met:

- the 'test program' is intended for automated testing of the 'subject
  program' only and can be used for that purpose only

- the 'test program' uses no other test framework than that provided by
  the 'tap.exe' library

- the 'subject program' does not invoke any methods and does
  not use any data provided by the 'tap.exe' library

- the 'test program' can be run by the 'tap.exe' command line tool and
  its output can be parsed by the 'tap.exe' command line tool

This exception does not however invalidate any other reasons why the
document might be covered by the GNU General Public License.

If you modify Taps, you may extend this exception to your version, but
you are not obligated to do so. If you do not wish to do so, delete
