TensorBlock Studio is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. In addition to the standard terms of the Apache License 2.0, your use of TensorBlock Studio is subject to the following Supplemental Terms:

1. Commercial Use Restrictions

The standard open-source license granted under Apache 2.0 does not apply to the following categories of usage. If you intend to use TensorBlock Studio in any of the following ways, you must obtain prior written commercial authorization from the TensorBlock team:

1. Modifications and Derivative Works  
   Use of modified versions of TensorBlock Studio or derivative works thereof, including but not limited to changes to application branding, codebase, features, user interface, or data structures, for commercial purposes.

2. Enterprise Deployment  
   Use of TensorBlock Studio within a commercial organization or in services provided to third-party enterprise clients.

3. Public Cloud-Based Services  
   Operation of public cloud services built upon TensorBlock Studio (e.g., SaaS platforms, hosted APIs, multi-tenant web services) accessible to general users.

4. Bundled Distribution with Hardware  
   Distribution of TensorBlock Studio bundled, integrated, or pre-installed on hardware products intended for commercial sale.

2. Contributor Agreement
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By contributing to TensorBlock Studio in the form of code, documentation, or other assets, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Right to Re-License  
   You grant the maintainers of TensorBlock Studio a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, sublicense, and distribute your contributions under both open-source and commercial licenses.

2. Commercial Use of Contributions  
   Your contributions may be incorporated into commercial versions of TensorBlock Studio or other related products offered by the TensorBlock team, including but not limited to proprietary deployments, enterprise features, and hosted services.

3. License Policy Adjustments  
   TensorBlock reserves the right to modify the licensing structure of TensorBlock Studio in the future, in accordance with project governance and development objectives. Any such change shall not affect your rights under the version of the license in effect at the time of your contribution, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. General Provisions
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Interpretation  
   The interpretation and enforcement of these Supplemental Terms shall be at the sole discretion of the TensorBlock development team.

2. Amendments  
   These Supplemental Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in project governance, usage scenarios, or business needs. Updates will be communicated via the software interface or official project communication channels. Continued use of the software after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
