Prestige treasures do not properly take the 2 strongest into account

Prestige treasures say "only the 2 strongest treasures apply." However, they seem to only take the first two treasures into account, not the two strongest.

In the below screen recording, you can see that I have three prestige treasures of the same type, and deleting the first, weakest one increases the total bonus because it only considers the first two. If it correctly considered only the strongest two, the bonus would not change (it would always be the higher value).
